Barm Bread - Dan Lepard - Variation


The barm bread is delicious and easy to make, not too much work required, only thing you need to keep in mind that it takes like the whole day from start to finish.
I took 50% white flour and 50% different flours, and added some seeds too.
The result was nice and I have no doubt that the taste will be great too.
